Autumn 2021, as the leaves began to fall from the trees and the air carried a hint of change, the story of Offi'Ciel began. At that time, Paul Caroyer was a man with an ambitious heart and a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry.
His background as a receptionist, office manager assistant and waiter had taught him the importance of humanity, hospitality and professionalism in creating an unforgettable experience for customers.
With the dream of converting mini-vans into mobile homes and his passion for the hospitality world in the back of his mind, Paul embarked on a new adventure. But the universe had other plans for him. Soon, he received numerous applications as a receptionist and administration consultant. His schedule was overflowing with opportunities to help others with their reception experience and administrative needs.
And there came the challenge - Paul wondered why he couldn't create something that combined his passion for hospitality with the growing demand for reception services and administrative support. With a clear goal in mind, he decided to set up his own company - Offi'Ciel was born.
Paul's experience, commitment to excellence and eye for detail formed the basis of Offi'Ciel. The company specialised in reception services and set out to take every reception experience to the next level. As the founder of Offi'Ciel, Paul was determined to embody values of humanity, hospitality and professionalism and translate them into an unforgettable reception experience for every customer.
